Construction Management Services
Venchiarutti Builders would be happy to provide Construction Management services to Architects and Homeowners. As a Construction Manager, Venchiarutti Builders will oversee the day to day operations and manage the specialized subcontractors on a project. Acting as an advisor or an agent to the owner to complete the project on time and on budget to industry standards and quality. All warranties from subcontractors will be passed onto the owner.
Lump Sum Contract
Venchiarutti Builders also provides services under a Stipulated Sum Contract. The Builder and Owner, in this case, will enter into a Stipulated Sum Contract where Venchiarutti Builders will provide labor and materials as well as all warranties on the project.
